4) Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed:

- NO Exit ads of any type*
- NO Javascript stop alerts *
- NO Framebreaker Coded Pages
- NO Rotators ** that rotate TOS Violating Pages
- NO Prescription Drugs, Medications
- NO Ponzi Schemes, Money Pyramids or Gifting Programs
- NO Adult Content (including cigarettes), Pornography, Nudity
- NO Warez (browser hijacking tools, bootleg software, spyware, etc.)
- NO Illegal activity, or anything not deemed family friendly+

* These can be on a new window that comes AFTER the Visitor clicks a link on the page you display to them. Use portal or splash pages.

5) Your page may not close the ViralExpress.com frame when your traffic credits are redeemed for visits from other members.

6) You may not use any auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking devices. ANY TECHNIQUE other than actually loading your ViralExpress start page manually and viewing it yourself is a violation of the TERMS OF USE. Your account may be terminated without notice if caught attempting to gain credits in any other way exept referring others.

7) The text on your site must be in English.

8) ViralExpress.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this free service at your own risk.

9) SPAM is not tolerated! Any use of unsolicited e-mail is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.

10) ViralExpress.com has the right to deny any member from using its services should we feel they are not acting in the best interest of other members. Any member so removed will be notified. We also have the right to add to or change the terms of service at any time, and will notify members when changes have been made.

11) You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.

12) You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by Administrators of ViralExpress.com, never more than 2 in a week (excluding referral notifications, purchases and credit deposits).

We will never sell, rent, issue or release in any form, your name, user ID, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.
